Are you in here? Let us know who you are!
Photographer: Bill McKinley
Bill McKinley writes:

"Raider fans are just totally out of control in 'Bosnia by the Bay' so the Oakland Police Department patrolman shows up to roust all the combatants. Once he discovers that we're not burning Steeler fans on the BBQ, throwing batteries at the passing cars, and just laughing and having fun, we decide to strike up a conversation with this officer, one thing leads to another and pretty soon we've got a 'peace agreement:'

1. We won't throw any more batteries.
2. We get to keep the location that we acquired for the TE(tm).
3. And they promise not to storm the stadium if we cheer too loud.

When everything was agreed to we took a group photo for the history books. So now there is peace at the H.O.T. in Bosnia by the Bay."
