  • Steve Ortmayer - accepted position with the St. Louis Rams
  • Art Shell, Tom Walsh, Ray Hamilton, Odis McKinney, Jack Stanton - were all fired. Shell and Cunningham subsequently coached with the KC Chiefs, Cunningham as Head Coach for a time. Art Shell now works for the NFL.
  • Jack Reilly - left for the Rams

Miscellaneous

  • Todd Marinovich - after a failed attempt at a CFL career, Todd has apparently given up football for good and is wandering around the San Francisco area as a singer and guitarist in a local band.
  • Howie Long - retired at the end of the 93-94 season. Inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in July, 2000.
